Genomics Services in WA – Provider Survey

Overview

We are conducting a survey to map the availability, capacity, and capability of laboratory and bioinformatic genomic services (referred to as ‘genomics services’ in this survey) used in Western Australia. Your feedback is crucial in helping us understand current usage patterns and identify any unmet needs. This survey is for providers of genomics services. There is a separate survey for users of genomics services.

The survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. Please follow the instructions. Not all questions may apply to you. Responses will be aggregated and/or deidentified to preserve the anonymity of respondents.
